  • Are there service fees when I make a claim?You are allowed up to 2 covered claims per term. Smartphone claims are subject to a small service fee (based on purchase price). Tablets, laptops, and all other devices have $0 service fees!
  • Can I buy a plan after purchasing my device?Yes! You have up to 30 days after your original device purchase to add a protection plan through your customer account.
  • Can I cancel anytime?Yes, plans can be canceled anytime. If canceled after the initial 30-day window, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your plan.
